Movie night has been A Thing back in Blood Gulch, a tried and true tradition that really consisted of only one movie – Tucker’s favorite movie – until that was gone. Eventually, it was faithfully reenacted by his friends so they could keep watching it (and Tucker would stop playing Stuck In the Middle With You), which had been one of the nicest things anyone had ever done for him. Hearing that there was another movie night brought back those old feelings, that excitement, so why the fuck not? How bad could it be?
Tucker looked at the poster, blinked once and headed inside. Something told him that it was going to have way, way less violence than he was used to. …He was probably going to fall asleep. Hopefully while leaning against someone attractive.
Moving to one of the chairs, he fell into it and propped his feet up on a table. Tucker leaned over and asked whoever was next to him, “So, what’s the body count in this movie, anyway?” What? That seemed like a totally legit question.
