Tucker has lost Drift by the time he says pregnant, a word which Drift most mercilessly does not knowing the meaning of, and his bright look falters slightly in the direction of confusion until that last part. World-saving is something Drift totally understands.

"That sounds pretty heroic to me," Drift agrees heartily. "Maybe you were chosen for something after all -- just not in the way you thought."
