The inside is about as unimpressive as the outside, but it is clean, and functional--perhaps what he'd maintain if he ever stayed in one place long enough to get a suitably off-the-grid place livable beyond 'electricity and a working coffee maker'. Sometimes not even that.
This at least has more than one room--a small kitchenette, living area, and even a separate bedroom, sort of (not that it houses much beyond a low, military-style bunk). All-in-all, much more civilized than anything he would've been able to show her in Egypt. Maybe he's a little proud of it.
He'll let her take it in for a minute. He's out of his gear, for once. "Coffee? Tea?"
