Lena tries to fight the impatient foot tap that she inevitably starts, resting all of her weight on one hip. She doesn't like his line of questioning, but she knows that he likely knows as much. 'Tracer' hadn't exactly faded away with the rest of the heroes of old. She couldn't in good conscience.

Sometimes, its easier for her to understand why the others kept themselves out of law enforcement activity. Other times, less so.
